DropVantage Data Export Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

DropVantage provides two different kinds of export during public beta:

  1. Workspace export — a copy of creator-controlled release and campaign information.
  2. Privacy access export — personal information about the account holder that is subject to an applicable privacy right.

Request an export

  1. Sign in to your account when possible.
  2. Email support@dropvantage.com from the account email.
  3. Use the subject DropVantage Data Export.
  4. State whether you want a Workspace Export, Privacy Access Export, or both.
  5. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, or full payment-card details.

We may ask you to reauthenticate or confirm the request through the account email.

Workspace export contents

Where available and applicable, a workspace export may include:

  • account profile and artist display information;
  • releases, drafts, titles, genres, dates, song descriptions, audience information, hooks, goals, budget selections, readiness data, campaign notes, and progress;
  • destination links and public-page configuration;
  • asset metadata and copies of creator-owned stored assets, or secure temporary download links;
  • provider connection status and limited read-only data saved in the workspace;
  • plan and subscription summary;
  • creator-controlled fan-capture data, subject to privacy, security, and legal restrictions.

Privacy access export contents

A privacy export may include categories and specific pieces of personal information associated with the requester, subject to verification and legal exceptions. It may also identify categories of sources, purposes, and recipients where required.

Formats

Exports may be delivered as an encrypted or access-controlled ZIP containing JSON, CSV, text, and media files. Large media may be provided through temporary signed links. We may separate especially sensitive information or use an additional verification step.

Information excluded or limited

An export may exclude or redact:

  • passwords, secret keys, tokens, and authentication secrets;
  • data that would reveal another person’s information or compromise security;
  • internal fraud, abuse, security, or risk signals;
  • privileged communications and legally protected information;
  • information we are prohibited from disclosing;
  • third-party data available directly from Meta, Spotify, Stripe, or another provider;
  • derived or de-identified information that applicable law does not require us to provide.

We will explain a material denial or limitation when legally required and safe to do so.

Timing

We aim to confirm receipt of applicable privacy requests within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. We may use a legally permitted extension when reasonably necessary and will provide notice. Routine workspace exports may be completed sooner, depending on size and complexity.

Security of the export

Export files may contain private music, personal information, fan information, and business plans. Download promptly, store the file securely, avoid public links, and delete copies you no longer need. Temporary links may expire.

Relationship to account deletion

Request and download an export before deleting the account. A deletion request may remove the data needed to generate a complete export.
